Okay okay, so the title is a bit misleading... this milk shake will not give you abs. As a matter of fact, while I'm on the subject, there is no tea or shake that will give you abs.

Eating healthy and exercising will do that for you. However, there comes a time where you do want to be your HEALTHIEST and you are on a roll!.... until you see something chunky, frozen, chocolatey and delicious. So what do you do when your mind screams ice-cream but your bikini screams kale salad? You simply make one of these.....
 

My famous chocolate milkshake is delicious, healthy and will kick your cravings to the curb. Ingredients are simple, I would recommend going to your nearest Trader Joes or Whole Foods where you can buy these ingredients in bulk.

Milkshake recipe ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon of maca powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of cacao or carob powder. Both are delicious!
  • 1 Banana (The riper the better) Recommendation: freezing your banana first.
  • Cacao Nibs- I like to go for a couple teaspoons but this is your milkshake and I don't know how good/ bad your day was. #treatyoself
  • Handful of unsweetened coconut shreds
  • Your favorite granola for a crunchy taste!
  • 8 ounces of chocolate almond milk or any other nut milk.

Directions: Blend all ingredients together and save some banana, cacao nibs and cocoa shreds for Insta worthy presentation. Enjoy and share with a friend!
