Are your products true to size?
In general, RIVI Swimwear runs smaller because it is minnimal coverage. Make sure to check our Size Guide before completing your order.
How fast will my order ship?
Order processing & handling may take up to 2 business days before the package is shipped. Order processing and handling times are during business hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm except for US holidays, unless otherwise noted. If an Order Shipment falls during non-processing hours, your order will be shipped the following business day. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship international, but RIVI is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or fees levied by border government or customs agents. There are also no returns on international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to properly update.
Can I return my order?
RIVI Swimwear accepts returns within 14 days of your order's delivery date. All items must be unused and returned with its original hang tag, sanitary strip, and packaging. RIVI is not responsible for shipping costs for returned products or exchanges. All sale items are final.
Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All hats and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable. Items purchased from previous collections must abide by previously enforced policies.

Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return an item by mail?
Yes. Shipping fee for the returns and exchanges will be your responsibility.
How do I obtain a refund for items returned by mail?
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and are usually processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.
Why was a bikini sent back to me after I returned it?
Any returns received not in compliance with our return policy will be returned to the customer.
What if my size is out of stock?
Merchandise found at RIVI Swimwear is subject to limited selections and quantities. Typically, only our newest collections are restocked regularly. Our inventory is live so items or sizes that appear as unavailable are unfortunately out of stock. To optimize your sizing and color options, we recommend staying up to date with our social media feeds for information on new collection releases and re-stocks.

How should I care for my new bikini?
After a dip in the ocean or pool, hop in the shower and rinse off. Freshwater is the trick to keeping colors vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine; instead, hand-wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Some colors may bleed so please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.
To also keep your new bikini in the best possible shape we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces- keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy!
